Students of this course obtain fundamental knowledge from areas of statistical approaches to processing, parameterization and enhancement of speech and audio signals as well as of approaches to the intelligent classification and recognition methods and related applications in area of automatic speech recognition, speaker recognition, audio events detection or text-to-speech synthesis. Theoretical knowledge will be fixed through the designing and developing work on the intelligent recognition system.
